- Since the products are hand-made to order, this website does not provide returns, exchanges or refunds (except for damaged or mismatched products ).
- If you receive damaged or mismatched goods, please contact us within 3 days from the day you receive the goods and attach a photo as proof. We will arrange a return or exchange within 7 days, but no refunds will be given.
- All returned products must maintain the integrity of the main product, internal and external packaging, accessories, gifts, etc. Do not miss or damage any accessories.
